I’m Forest Rainwater, a dedicated real estate professional and serial entrepreneur in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With seven years of experience in the home furnishing and fixture business, I’ve developed a strong eye for property potential and design. Over the past four years, I’ve been a real estate investor, completing numerous on- and off-market transactions. My expertise spans land acquisitions, property flips, long-term rentals, and short-term vacation rentals.
In addition to my real estate work, I’m a licensed drone operator with a Part 107 commercial drone license, allowing me to provide high-quality aerial photography to enhance property marketing.
Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Mandy, and we have two wonderful children, Hudson and Lily. As a family, we love traveling, participating in the kids’ sports and activities, and spending time outdoors. Hiking is one of my favorite ways to unwind and connect with nature.
